Viva Party ("we", "us", "our") sells piñatas, balloons, balloon bouquets and party supplies from our store in Pasadena, Texas, and online at vivaparty.com. Payment information

Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card number is entered directly into Stripe's secure payment form and is never stored on our servers. We receive only a confirmation of the payment and limited details such as the card brand and the last four digits.

Information collected automatically

Essential cookies: small files that keep you signed in, remember your cart, your delivery ZIP code and your cookie choice, and protect the site from misuse. The shop cannot work without them.

An AI service provider, which processes the messages you type into our chat assistant so it can answer you. Please do not enter payment details in the chat.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our customers or the public.

4. How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them for tax, accounting and warranty purposes. Account information is kept until you ask us to delete your account. Messages are kept as long as needed to help you and for our records.

5. Your choices and rights

You can view and update your account details by signing in.
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us using the details below. We may need to keep some order records to meet legal requirements.

Our website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), passwords are stored encrypted, and card payments are handled entirely by Stripe. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
